The new BLS Zer0 31 mask is a respiratory protection device with an FFP3 cup, specific against particles and reusable for one or more work shifts. This product is entirely manufactured in Italy by BLS using the highest quality materials to provide maximum protection and comfort.

The Zer0 31 face protector protects the respiratory tract of workers in specific environments in contact with potentially hazardous materials to their health, such as dust, mists and fumes, which, if inhaled for a prolonged period, may cause severe damage to the operator's health.

The anatomical shape with soft and full fittings has been developed to better adapt to and fit nearly all shapes of face, ensuring excellent comfort in contact with the skin and a perfect field of vision even with prescription glasses.

The practical Eolo valve allows an airflow of over 30% compared to the classic one, significantly reducing breathing resistance even after intense work activity.

Technical features of the Zer0 31 mask:

• Outer layer in Armor micro-mesh, which guarantees protection against liquids and dust of larger dimensions, acting as a pre-filter and preserving the filtering efficiency of the other layers.
• Nano-filtration technology layer, capable of retaining 99.92% of nano-particles which, if inhaled in the long term, can cause severe damage.
• Elastics in hypo-allergenic, silicone-free material, ultrasonically welded to eliminate metal parts.
• Polypropylene nose clip insert, reinforced with heat-treated metal, ensures an excellent seal on the upper part of the nose.

The Zer0 31 is a Category III PPE which complies with the European standard EN 149: 2001 + A1: 2009. The inner fabric of the mask is made from high-quality, eco-sustainable materials, 10% lighter than previous versions, softer to the touch, and less rigid in structure. Furthermore, the tests it has undergone guarantee a breathability ratio of 3,550 g/m²*24h.
